Well I finally finished all of my gifts for my giving post. It was harder than I thought it would be. When I commented on Rachael's post, I thought, hey I like to give people things, so why not. Well when you read the post it says it has to be something made by me just for them. I couldn't very well just make a plate of cookies for everyone and call it good, I had to put some real thought into it so that it could really be just for them. In the end I think I did OK, I sincerely tried to make something that was individual to that person. I hope everyone enjoyed your gifts, I had fun doing it, but I am glad I'm done.

Yes I did and am still enjoying my gifts. It was a lot harder than I thought. But you inspired me to think it through until I could come up with something that would be thoughtful. I hope I did a good job. I only had two so it really wasn't that hard, but still, it was the getting it done that was hard.
Good job, Lydia! I would love to have seen what you made!
I love the book -- I'm almost done reading it, and I'm getting so excited to try it! And I've made some of the cookies -- YUMMY! Thank you soooooo much, Lydia! You're so thoughtful and wonderful!! :D And I enjoyed doing this for my people, too! Steve took my camera with him to California, so I can't take pictures of what you gave me, but I will as soon as I get it back! :D Thanks again! Love ya!
I think you did much better than OK. I loved my gift and the kids are still loving it. I have been very disciplined to not let the kids have free bees. they have been earning their treats.
As for my giving, it has been getting it done that's been hard. I am in the process of finishing but it looks like I wont hit the march deadline. oh well, its the thought that counts right?
